El concepto de límite : El concepto de límite no es evidente en el discurso arquitectónico, no es posible rescatarlo de buenas a primeras. Excelentes intelectuales como Bruno Zevi(11), en su brillante exposición de la problemática de saber ver la arquitectura, al exponer el espacio en la médula de la arquitectura olvida este invitado ¿qué es el espacio sin límite? Los arquitectos son entre otros, maestros del límite, el concepto de límite subyace en la cosa misma y tiene la capacidad de subyugar la materia; el límite es la expresión real que permite la existencia misma de lo arquitectónico. El escultor español, Eduardo Chillida, aporta lo que a mi juicio resulta de una lucidez extraordinaria al exponer en su discurso relacionado con su obra ("el espacio es un misterio"), la idea que esculpimos el vacío con formas, esta aseveración cambia el punto gravitante en la idea de espacio, y levanta una forma de pensar sobre algo que siempre ha estado en la médula arquitectónica, la concepción del límite, una idea abstracta que en esencia es una herramienta de definición, la tinta del arquitecto.

Me parece muy interesante el tema del límite, soy estudiante de arquitectura y estoy ahciendo un ensayo sobre el limite de la materia pero me faltan muchas referencias, si pudiera darme alguna para poder continuar gracias!
